Landscaping is a home improvement project and
requires planning and decision-making.
A series of two to three meetings with your Hermes Landscape Designer
will be necessary to discuss your needs, complete your custom landscape
design, and give us the go ahead. The results of these meetings will
be a beautiful design that appeals to your senses and preserves the
architectural integrity of your home.
- The first meeting is simply a comfortable exchange
of ideas between you and your designer. You describe the landscaping
you've always dreamed of for your home and your designer adds
their expertise and experience to the discussion. This meeting
gives you the opportunity to get answers to your landscaping questions
from an experienced professional. We will also want to hear about
the goals you have for your property exterior over the next few
years. This meeting takes place at your home. You and the designer
can view the property together.
- The second meeting takes place at our office
in Lenexa, Kansas within 10 to 14 days of the initial meeting.
Your landscape design/proposal will be presented for your review
at this time. If the plan meets your expectations and a contract
is signed a third meeting may not be necessary.
- When needed, a final meeting will be held at
our Lenexa office within 10 to 14 days. This meeting involves
all parties who will be approving the landscape plan.
Depending on the backlog of work, it may take
a number of days for work to commence and additional days to complete
the work. Notify your designer if any extenuating circumstances need
to be considered when we schedule your project.
